Will buy up to 20 acres and develop an entire shopping center featuring a Jet Speed Express within the development.
Will also purchase and redevelop entire existing shopping centers, strip malls, vacant retail buildings, old restaurant pads, and vacant pharmacy locations.
Purchase price up to $20 Million.
Single Tenant Opportunities
Minimum Land Area: 50,000 square feet for single parcel opportunities
Preference is for larger car wash sites of at least 1.5 acres but will consider smaller sites for in-fill high barrier-to-entry markets.
Purchase preferred, will ground lease for top-tier sites.
Minimum 25,000 VPD traffic counts
All ranges of incomes
Good visibility and access
Automotive co-tenancy or large retail anchored centers preferred
Former full-service or old express car wash sites that need redeveloping
